bittersweet

Greenleigh's a little over eight weeks now and has been giving us pretty good bouts of sleep through the night. So I decided to reclaim my room! No more changing pad, diapers, wipes, socks, onsies, hats, burp cloths, ointments, bulb syringe, or saline drops on my dresser.
But there's also no sweet little baby within arms reach. Out of the bassinet and into her crib she slept for the first time Wednesday night. I can still check on her from the video monitor but I am a little sad.
Guess that means maybe we'll do this again in two years?!?! (gulp)
